In case of cancellation we do not refund the deposit.
Terms and Conditions
Pitches and camping spaces
- The listed prices and conditions of this pricelist are valid only for reserved stays. For stays without reservations the prices and conditions are as listed in the valid HRK pricelist at the reception.
- VAT is included in price.
The price for each unit includes set up of:
- One caravan or one tent or motorhome + one car or motorcycle + child tent direct on the pitch or near caravan or tent.
- Residence and eco taxes are included in the price.
House Rules
Check-in (registration), Visitors and departure
Check out by 10:00 a.m.
On arrival every guest has to register. Any visitors that may be received by the guests of our camp, must inquire on the reception. On the day of departure guest must leave camp grounds before 10.00 a.m., or pay an extra day. Guests can settle their bill at Reception. When leaving the camp guest must present the invoice at the entrance.
Earlier departure: The guest is required to pay the amount for the entire booking period.
Insurance
Camping Wodenca is not responsible in case of theft, accident or damage to property or persons nor will it take responsibility for damage caused by thunder, hail, fallen trees, branches, diseases, epidemics, fires, natural disasters, etc. Guests are advised to, with an insurance company of their choice, insure their property against the possible risks of staying in the camp.
Where to pitch your tent
Due to lot reservation system guests may choose their numbered lot only with receptors approval.
Installations
Only an authorized camp employee is allowed to execute connecting or disconnecting of units to or from the power box or check if it functions properly.
Silent time and Traffic in the camp
During night times from 12 p.m. till 07 a.m. no noise is allowed in the camp. During this silent time (after 12 p.m.) no traffic is allowed in the camp. The maximum speed allowed is 10 km/h (6.25 mph). Pedestrians have priority over vehicles.
Hygiene
Please keep the space you are using clean. Collect the garbage in plastic bags and dispose of them in garbage cans available close to your camping pitch. Leave the sanitary facilities you have used, the way you would like to find them next morning. Before you leave the campsite make sure it is in the same state as you have found it. Don't close or obstruct with tents or vehicles the accessing pathways.
Dog owners
Are obligated to register their pets at the reception along with the proof of vaccination. Dog owners are obligated to keep their dogs on a leash, and to keep them tied at their space. Owners are obligated to clean up after their pets. Dog owner is absolutely responsible for any damage whatsoever caused by his dog.
Open Fire
Open fire is strictly forbidden. Barbecuing is only allowed on gas or electrical grill.
Valuables
The camp management will take no responsibility for potential missing or damaged possessions or in the case of accidents which happen due to personal negligence. Please report all lost and found items at the reception desk.
TO THE GUESTS THAT BREAK THE REGULATIONS OF THE HOUSE,
WE WILL BE FORCED TO CANCEL THE HOSPITALITY.
